We are very proud of Women in Ministry who have stepped up to fill in the responsibilities to pastoring the World for Jesus Covina.  

Adelle McKinney (myself) have been in full time ministry from 51 years.  Serving along side of Dr. Michael McKinney, Founding Pastor who is focusing his attention on Promise Christian University, the Promise Channel, and International Ministry, I have volunteered to be the Executive Pastor of the Church - assisting in coordinating services, events and outreaches and providing training for the up and coming leaders within the church.

Barbara McCaffrey, has been in ministry over 30 years.  She is a teacher by calling, faculty member at Promise Christian University and has served on the Internaitonal Ministry team in the Philippines and Korea and the Hawaiian Islands.  She accepted the positions of Assistant Pastor.

Jackie Hornsby, whom is well know in the Southern California area is also a part of World for Jesus International Team.  She wears many hats in ministry and has accepted the responsibility of Associate Pastor of World For Jesus and will assist in developing and training the musicians and singers at the church besides speaking.  She is also a Academic Dean of Promise Christian University and a member of the International Speaking team.

This new ladies team are such a blessing to the church and are able to fill in the gap for Dr. Mike McKinney founder.  On June 5 th they were officiall installed.  Please keep them in your prayers.

Also we welcomed a new member,  Dr. F. Wright!   We are truly blessed!
