Dr. Jackie has been a part of Promise Christian University and World for Jesus International since 2012.  She is Founder of Kingdom Hearts International Ministries.  Her messages are always inspirational and practical.  She is the Academic Dean of Promise Christian University and a much sought after guest speaker.  Currently she is also the Chief of Chaplains of the United States Volunteers - Joint Services Command with the rank of Chaplain (MG).

Dr. Mike and Adelle McKinney founded their first church in 1974, Victory in Christ Church and International Ministries.  In 1988, the World for Jesus International Fellowshp was incorporated and in 1999, both were merged into World for Jesus International Ministries and Christian Center. Today this ministry empasses, Promise Christian University established in 2002; Pastors Network 2004, Promise Channel 2012, and Promise Governance Institute 2018.  

Welcome to the Headquarters Church/Chapel of the denomination that has 30 ministers, pastors and chaplains ministering in Southern California and other parts of the nation and world.

Dr. Barbara McCaffrey is on staff at Promise Christian University.  She and Chaplain Terry McCaffrey are part of the International team that has traveled to Korea and the Philippines as part of the Pastors Network Conferences.
